AryaVRCam processes your camera feed, your face, and your photos entirely on your iPhone. None of it is ever uploaded. There are no accounts and no AryaVRCam servers. The only data that leaves your device is what Google's advertising SDK collects in order to show ads — and subscribers don't even have that.
All of the following is processed and stored on your iPhone, and is never transmitted anywhere:

AryaVRCam uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking to place masks and effects on your face. This section explains exactly how that face data is handled.
Collection. While the camera is active, ARKit provides the app with face-tracking data: a mesh of your face's geometry and a set of expression values (for example, how open your mouth is). When you pick a photo to turn into a mask or character, facial landmark positions are detected in that photo on your device.
Use. Face data is used for one purpose only: rendering AR masks and effects on the screen in real time and animating them with your expressions. It is not used for identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Storage and retention. Live face-tracking data exists only in your iPhone's memory for the moment it is needed to draw a frame, and is discarded continuously as new frames arrive. It is never written to disk, never logged, and never retained after the camera stops. If you save a mask or character you created, the app stores the photo you picked and the mask settings on your device; it does not store face-tracking data. Videos you choose to save contain only the final rendered picture, in your own Photos library.
Sharing and disclosure. Face data is never shared with anyone — not with us (the app has no servers and no accounts, and we never receive it), not with Google or any advertiser, and not with any other third party. It never leaves your device.
Deletion. Because live face data is discarded automatically, there is nothing for you to delete. Masks, characters, and recordings you saved can be deleted by you at any time, on your device.
A finished recording is held in a temporary folder on your device until you choose to save or discard it. Saving writes it to your own Photos library using add-only access, which means AryaVRCam can add videos but cannot read the photos and videos already in your library. Discarding deletes the file.

This is the only network activity in the app. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own policy, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your videos, photos, and face data are never shared with Google or any advertiser. The ad SDK has no access to them.
When you first open AryaVRCam, it asks — through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — whether it may use your advertising identifier to personalise ads.
Declining is completely fine. The app behaves identically and every feature keeps working; you simply see non-personalised ads instead. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, a Google consent form is shown as well. You can reopen it at any time from AryaVRCam's sidebar under Privacy Options.
AryaVRCam Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes all ads and, with them, essentially all data collection. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. AryaVRCam receives only whether an active entitlement exists — we never see your payment details, and we cannot charge you directly.
You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
AryaVRCam does not run its own analytics. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects limited performance and diagnostic data as part of serving ads. Apple may also provide us with anonymised crash reports if you have opted into sharing them with developers in iOS Settings.
AryaVRCam is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use AryaVRCam after that constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
